Tequila Manhattan

  • Two parts El Gran Jubileo Extra-Añejo tequila
  • One part sweet vermouth
  • One part lime juice

Preparation: Fill a martini shaker with ice and add 2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce sweet vermouth and 1 ounce fresh lime juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Contrary to popular belief, premium tequila is not best served in a shot glass.
